Sean Richway, the president of CFRE Properties, LLC, has been actively engaged in buying real estate in the Central Maryland area since 2013.

CFRE Properties, LLC is in the business of locating distressed single family homes, acquiring them, performing repairs, and selling them for a large profit. Because of the experienced affiliates the company has access to and our extensive research efforts in most instances we are able to buy properties at very deeply discounted prices well below retail market prices for comparable single family homes.

CFRE Properties, LLC has a vast network of affiliates, with over 30 years of combined experience, to utilize each area of expertise and leverage the amount of time it takes to perform the necessary work needed on each property.  By using well established companies as well as companies with prior experience working with Investors, the time constraints and aggressive work schedule are understood and familiar.  This allows a vast majority of the work to be done in the most effective and efficient manner possible to provide a finished product of high quality attractive to potential buyers.
